All our children’s karate programs are designed to help students learn to be positive role models and to become the future leaders in our community.
We teach them the importance of self-confidence; believing in ones self will allow the child the chance to obtain goals that they set for them selves, giving them “the yes I can attitude”. This is very important aspect of the Childs growth, which intern is a very useful ally against bullying. We teach them about fitness, improving their cardiovascular and strength training, helping them understand the benefits of being healthy. Our instructors will help the children learn, the power of focus. Giving them good listening skills. We stress the importance of listening with their ears and watching with their eyes will help them comprehend and to improve on their skills. Respecting others and ones self is a valuable trait that we teach in every class (treat people as you want to be treated.) Discipline, and self-discipline are two essential behaviors that we teach our students. Making sure they understand that we all must follow rules and that we all are accountable of our own actions. “Every action creates a reaction”. Our students learn valuable street-smart evasion tactics with strong and quick self-defense techniques. We teach them how to identify a bad situation and how to get away with minimal violence and control.
This special program is designed for 4, 5 and 6 year old children. We teach the children that exercising can be fun with energetic games that can also improve their coordination, balance, listening skills and respect for others. The basic street-smart self-defense tactics are taught in a safe, fun environment.

It is important that our students learn proper kickboxing techniques in a fun, safe environment. These techniques, acquired with the help of our knowledgeable and motivating instructors, will increase the students' ability to defend them selves. Learning proper form while training will also help the individual target and work the proper muscle groups, which will enhance their overall development, not only physically but also mentally. While focus is improved and stress reduced from their daily lives, students become more alert at home and at work.

Light contact kickboxing is a sport that requires a great deal of skill and strategy. The sport was created as an intermediate stage between semi contact kickboxing and full contact kickboxing. The fighter’s uses techniques from full contact, but these techniques must be executed with control when they land on legal targets.
Light contact competitors fight continuously until the center referee commands stop. The goal is to out score your opponent by kicking or punching while still maintaining control.
Light contact kickboxing is also a tool to get into excellent physical shape while learning about a sport that is fun, challenging, dynamic and safe. It’s a sport that still allows you to join martial arts without learning the art of kata.
Our program will teach you the art of punching and kicking. We will improve your core strength, our stamina as well as your quickness and make you confident in your ability to defend your self.

I teach members that the “ steady pace, wins the race “attitude, will take you to your goal. Combine this with healthy training, healthy eating, and a healthy life style, and you will feel the difference!
Each student that enters the program will have their fat % measured and will be wade, and will have their body measurements documented and in addition will have their picture taken. All this data will be documented in the students work book. This procedure will be done on a monthly basis, to better evaluate the progress of the student.
On a daily basis the student is required to document in their workbook they’re eating regiment and their physical fitness activity. We will revue the books in class as a group.
